Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Telygent ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including developers, organizations, and any other person who accesses the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Telygent provides an AI orchestration platform that enables developers and organizations to build AI-powered experiences on top of their own data. The Service includes an SDK, orchestration layer, UI components, and associated infrastructure for processing natural language queries against user-defined data sources.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Transmit or store data you do not have the legal right to process
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without prior written consent

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses large language models (LLMs) to generate responses based on your data and queries. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and acting on any AI-generated output. Telygent does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of AI responses for any particular purpose.

6. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you connect to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Telygent a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use and process any data submitted to the Platform, including compliance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Telygent and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without express written permission.

8. API Keys and Credentials

API keys issued to your account are confidential. You are responsible for all usage under your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must rotate your credentials immediately and notify Telygent. Telygent reserves the right to revoke credentials that are compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

9. Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

10. Usage Limits

Your plan includes defined usage limits (requests, tokens, or seats). Exceeding these limits may result in throttling, additional charges, or temporary suspension of access. Telygent reserves the right to enforce limits to ensure service quality for all users.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TELYGENT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELYGENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL TELYGENT'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Telygent may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Telygent operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
